THIS IS A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK !
Seller says the game needs to be only activated from CIS region IP , but even after activating you will not be able to play it with out VPN.
The seller should clear this in the description, or else it will be Misleading advertising.
I am not claiming any thing from the seller , The seller may be good with other items , but i did not like the transaction i had with him for this game.
The seller is pissed because of the negative feedback , he want me to leave a positive one , i will not do so because i am not satisfied with my item , and i have the right to leave the feedback i think it is the best.
I have bought over 30 games on Plati over the past 5 years , and i know how things work around here , he is misleading people with the description of his item , and i am not happy with that , he can easily edit it and say " This game can be only played in CIS region " instep of only talking about activating the game witch make it sound like it will be ok to play after activating.
I DID NOT CLAIM ANY THING FROM THE SELLER , THIS IS JUST A FEEDBACK , I AM NOT ASKING HIM TO TAKE ANY ACTIONS.
