1. Create a PlayStation Network account for the Poland (PL) region at http://eu.playstation.com/registration (or use an existing one)
2. Log in to the Playstation Store using PlayStation4, PlayStation3, PSP, PSP Go, or the Media Go program on your PC
3. Select “Redeem Codes” (on PS VITA you must click on the “Options” icon at the bottom of the screen)
4. Enter 12 characters of the PSN promo code and click “Continue”
5. Next, follow the on-screen instructions to redeem your PSN
