These state estimated elemental norms (GESN) designed to determine the resource requirements (costs for workers, construction equipment, materials) when the blasting and drafting budget calculations (estimates) resource method.
GESN-2001 standards are the starting point for the development of the state unit prices for construction works of the federal (FER), territorial (TER) sectoral levels of individual and consolidated norms (rates) and other regulatory documents used to determine the direct costs in the estimated cost of construction.
