These Rules of fire safety in the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Rules) establish the requirements of fire safety required for the application and execution of public authorities, local governments, organizations, irrespective of their organizational-legal forms and forms of ownership (hereinafter - the company), their officials individuals, entrepreneurs without a legal entity, the citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter - citizens) in order to protect the life or health of citizens, property of individuals or legal entities, state or municipal property, environment.
