I’m very disappointed with this purchase and the way the seller has handled the situation. The game Roadcraft crashes every few seconds, making it completely unplayable. I reached out to the seller for help and followed every single step he recommended. I even went the extra mile: I recorded videos showing the issue, added Russian subtitles, edited them, and sent them over so the problem would be easy to understand.
In the past, I had only positive experiences with this seller. He was always helpful and polite. That’s why this time I’m so frustrated — because I feel like I’m being ignored or strung along just to avoid issuing a refund. No matter what I suggest, I keep getting the same repeated questions, and the topic of a refund is completely avoided.
I really expected more, especially given our good history. But now I feel let down and stuck with a broken product. This is not how customers should be treated.
